Shipping policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours if all of the Hair care products that were ordered are available from the supplier at time of purchase.. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracking number as well as signature on delivery for extra security. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. Express shipping is also available for a little bit extra.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the either the weight of your products or Cubic weight of the shipping carton and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
